Adult Counselling

You may be going through a particular difficulty at the moment and the safe, non-judgemental, empathic support of a counsellor could help you explore what is happening in your life, so that some insight may emerge to enrich your future. Or perhaps you would simply like the opportunity to know yourself better and find greater fulfilment.

ADOLESCENT Psychotherapy & Counselling

Using a person-centred, attachment model, I help my young clients regulate their feelings, shifting to a better mental state, building self-awareness, self-confidence and resilience. From difficult experiences, such as bullying and parental separation, to overwhelming issues, such as depression, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
